You have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return if necessary. This policy applies to all items purchased from our website.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- The item is not categorized as non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom orders, or hygiene-related products.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at care@blackwaterinfusions.com. After your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost. When initiating the return, please include photos of the defect or damage.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
