Our 14-Day Returns
At BlackWater Infusions, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Please keep your proof of purchase for your records.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support team at care@blackwaterinfusions.com. within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label & instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that all returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Include photos of the defect or damage when you initiate the return.

Exceptions to Returns
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and hazardous materials, are not eligible for return. Please reach out if you have questions about specific items.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or there was an error with your order.
