Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
– You received a damaged or defective product
– The product delivered does not match your order

To initiate a return/refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
